BISE Sahiwal is one of the newly started Boards of Pakistan. It was inaugurated on 15 June 2012 for the convenience of the students of Sahiwal, Pakpattan, and Okara. These three cities had no individual Board to conduct exams and handle educational issues regarding SSC and HSSC students. These boards were functional with the help of the Multan board and Lahore board respectively.

Those student who have passed SSC before the current year 2022 can also get their old result from the official website of the board of intermediate and secondary education Sahiwal Board. Go to the result page of the official site and select the class of your exams. Then select your passing year from the dropdown menu. Next, select your session, Annual or Supplementary, and type your roll no in the required box. At the last click on “Get Result”, a soft copy of your result will be in front of you.
Board of intermediate and secondary education Sahiwal came into being on 15 June 2012. When a need arises to separate the board of Sahiwal from Multan Board. District Okara and Pakpattan were also included in it to lower the burden of the Multan board and Lahore board and to increase their working efficiency. BISE Sahiwal conducts exams of the SSC in March and declares the ssc result in August. Admission is announced for SSC students in November.
