Board of intermediate and Secondary Education, Multan was established under the West Pakistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (Multan and Sargodha) Ordinance, 1968 (now canceled) out of Lahore Board and no. It is now being administered under the Punjab Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education under the guidance of the Chairman of the Multan Board Prof. Muhammad Nawaz. It manages the system by using the expanses of fee and examination charges received by the students at the time form submission for admissions. Only that amount is used to establish all the exams and result preparation for the students.
A strategic procedure is carried out to commence the exams of students of SSC (9th, 10th) and intermediate (1st year, 2nd year). From admission application submission to syllabus issuance, issuance of date sheet, issuance of roll no slips, conducting exams, compiling results with full transparency, supplementary admissions, and results, all are the responsibility of Multan Board for its registered students. The procedure starts in November with admissions of students and is extended to March where the exams are conducted for SSC. In the end, the result is issued after a few months.
