Every year Lahore board announces the result of Matric in July. Their registration is completed before summer vacations and admission is processed in November. Students are given roll no slips and final exam date sheets in February. Exams are held during March and April excluding practical exams. Registration of the students and admission is also made by this board.
Board of intermediate secondary education Lahore also allows the students to recheck their results if they are not satisfied with the declared results. BISE Lahore is responsible for the results of other cities too. Cities included in this list are Okara, Kasur, Nankana Sahib, and Sheikhupura. These cities have no board at the individual level therefore Lahore Board deals with their tasks regarding students of SSC, HSSC, Matric, 9th, 10th, 1st year, and 2nd year.
