BISE Sahiwal deals in with the students of District Sahiwal and its surrounding areas. Along with its master aim to conduct the exams and their results etc., it also deals with the admission forms of students, make the arrangements for smooth conduct of examination, issue Roll Number Slips to the students, and to deal with the preparation of result and issuance of result cards.
