The youngest board of Punjab, BISE Sahiwal was established in 2012 with a purpose of conducting the examination of the students of Matriculation and Intermediate. The board has more than 500 employees who are working in the field of education and examination. This comparatively new board is expanding and working in an effective way. The districts of Okara, Sahiwal and Pakpattan come under the jurisdiction of BISE Sahiwal.

Every year, thousands of students take exam under the administration of BISE Sahiwal and others prepare for their upcoming exam. They look for the past papers of their respective exam to use them as a model. The students of FSc part 1 and part 2 and the students of F.A can download the past papers for their preparation.
