As all the educational institutes went online with economic situation getting worse, the affordability factor of education has become pivotal for middle class families. In order to facilitate all such students, University of Punjab has reduced the fees in all academic programs. The revised fee structure is made effective from the month of July, 2020 and onwards. Fee structure has been approved by the admissions committee and academic council and circulated among all the departments.

Fee structure is now available on the website of the university in which private, regular and affiliated college categories are mentioned. Not only the university has revised fee structure but also made a revision in other charges. Degree verification, paper rechecking, migration, enrolment, exam and other related charges have been reduced. This is done for facilitating students during covid-19 as the academic activities continue to get restart from 15^th September, 2020.
