University of Central Punjab to hold International Media Conference 2018

University of Central Punjab (UCP) will conduct a three-day International Media Conference 2018, organized by Faculty of Media and Communication Studies, from 28th to 30th June at its Lahore campus.

Dr. Manju, Chairperson College of Journalism and Mass Communication, Nepal, Elizabeth Eide, professor Department of Journalism and Media Studies, Oslo Metropolitan University, Hamid Mowlana, professor School of International Services, American University, Washington, D.C. and professor Luo Quing, Dean, China Communication University will be the key speakers for the conference.

Inaugural session and Research Paper Presentation will be held on June 28th, on the first day of the conference. Documentary Competition will be due on the second day of the conference, June 29th. The last day of the conference will include Round Table Conference and closing ceremony of the conference.

The conference will begin at 9:15 am with the arrival of guests followed by the address of guest speakers.

The Chief Guest of the conference will be Malik Muhammad Rafique Rijwana, Governor of Punjab.

The ceremony will be closed down on at 11:30 am followed by refreshments. The conference will be conducted at UCP Auditorium, Lahore.
