Lahore:  University of Management Technology, Office of Career Services held Career Fair 2018 on Wednesday 5^th December 2018. The event was organized to bridge the gap between students and companies.

The tremendous event started with the recitation of Holy Qur’aan and later the air was filled with patriotism by the sound of National Anthem. The event was dazzling with amazing décor, the stalls installed by companies and firms added more color to it. The Inauguration of the event was done by Chief Guest Mr. Zeeshan Afzal the CEO of Shahid Afridi Foundation.

In his address to the students Mr. Zeeshan Afzal appreciated the efforts of Mr. Khalid Naqi the head OCS and the management of UMT for organizing the event. He stressed on taking maximum advantage from such events. He further suggested the students to work hard and believe in their dreams. 

The event included stalls from almost all big companies in Lahore such as Kohinoor Mills, Zameen. Com, Careem, Stylo, Starlet, Shapes, Urban sole etc. The foreign education consultancy was also catching plenty attention from the students which included many consultancy firms offering to study  in Canada, Australia, Uk, China, Turkey etc. The event was filled with educational and entertainment activities including brand walk and stage performances, penal discussions over the hot issues such as entrepreneurship also took place. The event concluded with certificate distribution ceremony.
