Good news for students studying in madrassas, schools, students will now get three meals a day.
The students studying in Madrasa schools will get three meals of standard food. The Education Department has directed to provide morning, afternoon and evening meals to the children living in the hostels. 8,200 students are studying in 208 Madrasa schools across Punjab. More than 1,000 children are living in hostels in 12 madrassa schools of Lahore.
The Directorate of Religious Education has also issued a schedule for giving free food to children throughout the week. According to the Department of Education, the Directorate of Religious Education will provide funds to provide quality food to children, sports activities will also be restored soon in Madrasa schools. .
