The request to include the Holy Quran with translation in the curriculum was rejected

The Sindh High Court rejected a plea to include the Holy Quran with translation in the curriculum from primary to college.
 
In this regard, the Supreme Court has said in its decision that the constitution has kept a balance between the judiciary, the legislature and the administration. According to the decision of the Sindh High Court, if the fundamental rights are not violated, the court cannot order the change of the curriculum. .
 
In the decision, the court says that in our view, the matter of faith is personal, it cannot be interfered with. Do not interfere in the personal affairs of citizens.
 
The Supreme Court further said in the judgment that a citizen can exercise his rights as per his wish, Article 20 of the Constitution gives freedom of religion to the citizens. The Sindh High Court also said in the judgment that the Constitution binds the state. Not to interfere in anyone's religious affairs.
