The Engineering Welfare Association of C&W Department of Punjab has demanded Punjab government to sanction technical allowance to Engineers following the action in Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa. The meeting was held under the presidency of chairman of association Engr. Ijaz Cheema. The meeting was attended by Muhammad Muhammad Amjad SE, Suhail Akram SE, Liaquat Hussain, Iqbal Awan SE, Baber Hussain SE, Shafiq ur Rehman SE, Sh. ijaz SE, Jamil Ahmad Basra XEN, Esa bin Moin XEN, M. Haseeb Khan XEN, Touseef Rathore, Maryum Rathore SDO, Aamir Abbas and all the other engineers

The association has demanded allowance @1.5 percent of basic pay to engineering of the department for technical purpose. The sanctioning of allowance has already enforced by the government of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa for the Engineears.
