On Thursday a –three member bench of Supreme Court heard suo motu case regarding heavy Fees of private School. Chief Justice Saqib Nisar Headed the bench.

The Supreme Court orders all private School that are Charging more than 5000 fee reduce 20% fees. Supreme Court also orders Private School across Pakistan to refund the 50% of fees collected in two month of summer vocation are adjust in next fees. Moreover private school will increase only 5% fee annually.
