The federal government has certain decision to promote students of grades I-IV and VI- of federal Govt, without exams.

Officials informed, said the federal government has decided to conduct exams of students only in grade V and VIII. Director General Federal Directorate of Education has directed a summary to the appropriate officers in this respect.

The sources told that students will be promoted to the next class on the basis of the marks they got last year. Last year federal board has promoted student after the commencement of exams. Those studnets who passed the exams were promoted to new classes last year. This year students will be promoted on the basis of the result of last year. Last year the result was more 90%

The decision was taken as students from grades I-VIII are returned to schools in Islamabad from today onwards after the government decided to the recommencement of physical appearance classes.
