Lahore Zoo has purchased a beautiful white tiger after which total number of white tigers in the zoo has reached to five.

The tiger was brought from Egypt to Lahore on Monday morning and delivered to the zoo, according to the authorities. Money provided by the zoo, this tiger was purchased with 53 lac rupees. A female tiger and three cubs are already present at Lahore zoo, the authorities confirmed.

A four-year male cheetah, brought along a female cheetah from South Africa, died in the zoo on November 30^th after spending just 30 days. The cheetah was diagnosed with diarrhea and could not survive despite the efforts of experts from the University of Veterinary and Animal Science (UVAS).
