Lahore: Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) has started the project Skills for Jobs 2018 in collaboration with UKaid. The project aims to provide professional skills to the students. However, the skill development project is aimed for an immediate job for students.
Punjab Skills Development Fund was established in 2010 in collaboration with UK’s Department for International Development. Since then the project provides the technical and professional training throughout Punjab. The criteria for admission is only to be 18 years plus age. The students from all the districts of Punjab can avail the training project. The courses are free of cost. In addition, students are provided with PKR 1500/- as a stipend. The details of institutions offering this project are provided on the official website of PSDF. The admissions are open.
