Sindh government’s education and literacy department has taken a major step for the teachers appointed in 2014. In 2014 818 teachers were appointed by the government but their status was not made permanent. Teachers have held protests for their rights several times but nobody had listened to their plea. Recently the education and literacy department of Sindh government has given 818 teachers permanent status through the legal notification. It is also announced that the problem of teachers appointed in 2015 will also be resolved shortly.
