Education boards face shortage of staff in examinations, teachers refuse duties due to low pay, teachers demand increase in remuneration for examination duties.
The reasons for the shortage of staff in the Board of Education examinations have come to light. Several boards of Punjab are facing shortage of supervisory staff in the ninth and tenth examinations.
Teachers said that due to very low remuneration, there were difficulties in transportation.
He said that Secretary Punjab Boards Committee should immediately increase the compensation from Lahore otherwise he would not perform the duties of the board.
