SHC Orders ,10 Percent Students to be Exempted from Fee

Sindh: On Thursday 25th October 2018 all the private schools in Sindh are ordered by Sindh High Court to provide free education to at least 10 percent of the students enrolled in school according to 2013 Act of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory education. The High Court of Sindh has given the verdict in response to the petition filed by human rights activist organization..

 The education department has informed the SHC that in case the private schools do not follow the order of exempting tuition fee for 10 percent students according to Rights of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act of 2013 their education license can be suspended and cancelled.
