Schools of Lahore are facing shortage of principals and specialized teachers for better future. 21 higher secondary schools are on destroying the future of students. In 50 % of colleges there are no principals of grade 20 and nearly 80% colleges have no specialized subjects’ teacher.

The students of intermediate are offered with more than 20 subjects but still there is shortage of more than 3 subjects specialists in every college.

Sociology, education, statistics, civics, home-economics, physics, chemistry, physical education and Urdu subjects are major subjects where the colleges are lacking for teachers in these subjects.

All educational institutes are closed in entire country due to COVID-19.  According to NCOC, educational institutions will resume after 23 May.
