Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered Pak Red Crescent Medical and Dental College authorities to return the additional fee which the college had received.

The Chief Justice has ordered that the bank accounts of medical colleges can only be used for the purpose of returning additional charges to the students and transferring salaries to the faculty members’ accounts. The report of daily expenses of the students was also asked by the Chief Justice.

The Chief Justice has ordered that the fee structure of medical colleges should be unanimous across the country and no extra charges should be received.
