It has been decided in the meeting of inter-provincial education ministers that the ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth examinations will start after July 10. In this regard, the tenth and twelfth examinations will be held first. Said by Federal Minister of Education Shafqat Mahmood in a Press conference yesterday.
In another tweet SHafqat Mehmood has announced that
“We took some important decisions today Re exams. For 9/10, exam in elective subjects plus math. For 11/12 only elective subjects. Exams pushed to after July 10 with 10 and 12 grade exams on priority. These decisions are final. No change”

Furthermore it is also announced that universities are open from Monday.

Exams will be conducted only for the elective subjects according to the new announcement of Shafqat Mehmood. The remaining subject will be given marks with proportion to the obtained marks of other subjects. The marks percentage taken by students in elective subjects will also be proportionately allocated to subjects in which exams is not being taken.
