A memorandum of Understanding was signed between Hailey College of Banking and Finance (HCBF) as well as the Professionals and Accountancy Centre (PAC), set up under the Knowledge and Human Development Authority, to establish a university campus in Dubai.

According to the MOU training and skill development programme will be organized mutually by both the parties. The MOU was signed by the parties in the committee room of Vice Chancellor office. According to the agreement PAC will provide full support to HCBF to plan a setup of Punjab University Campus in Dubai.

Capacity building seminars and workshops will also be organized by mutual agreement of both parties. The Hailey College of Banking and Finance and Professionals and Accountancy Centre will also help to establish a database to promote employment of HCBF graduates in Pakistan and abroad.
