PEF Removes 40,000 Students from Partner Schools due to non-availability of Form-B


40,000 students from Punjab including Lahore have been expelled from schools ۔ Due to the non-availability of form-B, PEF stopped paying the fees of the children to registered schools. Punjab Education Foundation has removed the names of more than 40,000 students from partner schools. According to sources, students from PEF's partner schools up to first to fifth grade were expelled from the schools. PEF has increased restrictions and strictness on schools regarding the B-Form of the students. The physical existence and monitoring of the students with no form-B have been stopped. This step was taken due to the disclosure of fraud regarding students' admission and find raising. The government pays 550 RS against each registered student. Investigation revealed the corruption of nearly 2lac students and there was no record of those students. So the Govt has taken steps and to stop admitting students in schools without Form-B
