The world is going global so does Pakistan, as a country we lack digitalization in most of the services, however, the pandemic situation has provided us with an opportunity to embrace digital revolution at a rapid pace. Firstly, starting of online classes then online assessments, online school education through television sets in home etc. In continuation of that, School Education Department of Punjab has announced to launch a registration portal for private schools so that they can get themselves registered without any hassle.

Online Portal has been designed by Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) on the advice of Education Ministry of Punjab. School Education Punjab tweeted yesterday regarding the launch of online portal. In reply to that, Dr. Murad Raas, Minister for Education in Punjab praised the efforts of PITB. While interacting with the media after the meeting, he said that this online system will not only facilitate private school owners but will also help the education department in making key decisions based on the evidence. Hence, it is a two-way road creating a win-win situation for all.
