Murad Raas says in tweet  

“LAUNCHED a New program called “Mera School”. Any citizen can Adopt a Public School to provide missing facilities. Zero money will exchange hands. All work will be done in kind. An MOU will be signed with District Education Authority” 

He further told in press that there would be zero money exchange hands. Any citizen interested in providing facility to a government school, only needs to sign MoU with district education authority and can work for service providing in any Government school.
