Minister for Federal Education Takes Special Move for the Betterment of HEC

Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mahmood said on Thursday that Ministry of Education would provide a huge support to the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

He further addressed in an opening ceremony of HEC-Huawei Competition 2018 at the Commission’s ceremony. In this competition ceremony, students train professionally to become the IT support of the country. The Minister cordially appreciated both the marvelous collaborations of Huawei Technologies and Higher Education Commission (HEC) in the education interest.

The Minister vowed to transform the current educational system while sharing the goals of incumbent government. He highlighted an educational manifesto of the newly appointed government, ensuring to improve the quality of education.

Despite the passage of over 70 years, Pakistan could not be developed the quality education but the newly appointed government of PTI would organize the suitable setup according to the Minister for Federal Education.

Subsequently, Chairman of Higher Education Commission (HEC), Dr. Tariq Banuri thanked Huawei for an astonishing collaboration, while briefing that Institute and Communications Technologies (ICT) would be proved resilient for developing Information and Technology in Pakistan.
