Islamia University in Bahawalpur is in the process of recruiting Registrar, Treasurer, Controller Exam and Professors across various departments. All of the positions excluding professors were offered for a definite time period and as they are nearing their date of contract termination so interviews are being conducted for new appointees. Selection board of university is actively engaged in selecting suitable candidates for the said role.

A meeting was recently conducted within the campus of Islamia University which had VC of Islamia University and University of Okara, Former Federal Secretary of Education and other leading subject experts for the same purpose. Professors and Associate Professors are also being searched in the disciplines of management sciences, mass communication, political science, English language, veterinary, horticulture, pathology and Pakistan studies.
