K-P Government Extends Summer Vacations of Schools till August 14

The caretaker government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province has extended summer vacation period to the recommendation of the educational department, including entire government and private school, due to the intense temperature until August 14. The classes will be started on August 15.

The Former K-P Caretaker Chief Minister, Justice Dost Muhammad Khan had announced the summer vacations for all the government and private schools, while due the increasing temperature in KP areas, he further extended for more 10 days.   

Special Secretary Education, Arshid Khan added that the recommendations of extending summer vacation period will be imposed on time, including that cluster of complaints had reported on increasing problems of children and an extension of the vacation period. The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been taken a serious note on the increasing problems of intense temperature in the first two weeks of August, while the students could not bear it to attend the classes.
