The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has imposed ban on two universities located in Karachi.

The details have been revealed regarding the ban and the HEC has banned on Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education and Sindh Institute of Management And Technology.

The ban had been imposed on the Ilma University formerly known as Institute of Business & Technology, conditionally.

The major causes of ban were irregularities, mismanagement and setting up new unauthorized campuses. Moreover, the students have been warned by the HEC that the degrees of above mentioned universities will not be valid.
