The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has announced scholarships in various disciplines, from Bachelors to Ph.D under its Scientific Exchange programme 2018-19.

The programme is launched by Hungarian government and it will offer four-year Bachelors, two-year Masters and three-year PhD studies in selected disciplines.

The scholarships will be granted on the basis of academic merits, quality of research proposals, and potential of the applicants and the likely effect of the work on the progress the country, an official of HEC said.

This scholarship programme is planned to be managed jointly by Hungary’s Tempus Public Foundation and HEC. The aspirants can apply online on eportal.hec.gov.pk/arl.
