Earlier, UET announced the entry test schedule for some of the programs with the assistance of Virtual University as all tests will be conducted using an online medium. For the very first time, UET will conduct online entry test within its history. The students interested to take admission in B. Sc. Engineering and B. Sc. Engineering Technology can now apply as entry test schedule for these programs have been announced.

Students who have already registered with the university can also sit in the entry test. For students who are not registered yet, they can still apply within the coming week but not later than 24^th July, 2020. As mock tests are scheduled on 27^th and 28^th July, 2020 respectively with entry test to follow from 3^rd August, 2020 to 6^th August, 2020. As online entrance test is being taken for the first time, therefore, a mock test is also available for the convenience of invigilators and students.

The same entry test was scheduled in the month of either June or July but due to covid-19 situation, it was postponed until any further announcement. Admit card is mandatory for every student, hence, they can print their updated / new admit cards from the web portal of university.
