Educational institutes continue to hold classes despite ban

KHANEWAL - While officially announcement of closure of school and colleges, private institutes continuing business despite closure order because of pandemic situation. Agha Zaheer Abbas Sherazi Deputy Commissioner order educational officials to check the private school, colleges and university.

On the review of education department performance from 15th September to 25th November, Deputy Commissioner said, to save and protecting the life of the student is our top priority and during the coronavirus closure situation no one would be allowed to open school, college, university, private tuition or similar entity. Educational department official must visit and keep checking the private institutes instead of sitting in their offices.

Teacher and student must be in communication with different means either in campus, can be via online and keep continue educational activities. During the session Deputy Commissioner was informed that fourteen teachers were absent from their duty and warning notice has been issue them and three teachers inquiry is in progress.
