All the educational boards of KPK have decided to change the paper pattern across the province. The new paper pattern will be implemented from upcoming annual exams of matriculation and intermediate.  

The authorities have cleared that in this new pattern, the questions will not be taken from the exercise of the each chapter of a certain subject rather paper-makers would take content from the chapter itself.

This practice will enhance the conceptual and critical learning while discourage cheating and rote learning. It was the much needed step for the development and raising the standards of education in the province.

“It is need of the hour to divert students from traditional rote learning and memorization to conceptual learning, understanding and critical thinking,” read the circulated letter by the educational boards to the educational institutions.
