Islamabad: The potential of girl’s employment is increased through teacher’s placement in Digital Labs. Almost 202 teachers are hired for these labs.

The teachers hired for this program are trained by Microsoft under the initiative of Train the trainer's program. The IT Ministry in this regard as established Digital labs in 226 schools in Islamabad. The project is to unable 110,000 female students to become Computer literate complete in the information technology sector.

The prime motive of the initiative taken by the Ministry of Information Technology is to give digital skills by training through ICT infrastructure. However, it also aims at establishing potential in girls to get financially empowered and become earning hands for themselves and their families.
