The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) has approved an extension of sanctions on the education sector, citing an increase in Corona cases.
According to the details, it has been decided to maintain restrictions for the education sector till mid-February and to keep schools open in cities with less than 10% rate. Will be allowed to come to school.
According to sources, in cities with a rate of more than 10%, students will come to school on different days and half of the children under 12 will be able to attend school. 100% students will come but implementation of Corona SOPs in educational institutions has to be ensured.
Vaccination of students above 12 years of age will be mandatory from February 1, corona testing will continue in educational institutions across the country and a decision will be taken to close educational institutions based on the results of corona testing. Sanctions were announced for various sectors from January 20.
