The Chief Justice of Pakistan, Saqib Nisar said on Monday that educational institutes which offer O and A Level were charging exorbitant fees from the students. In addition, he took notice against those institutes which charge a huge amount of fees every month from the parents.
CJP made the remarks for an incumbent issue of an extensive rising fee, saying that we need to examine the basis for. A three-judge bench heard the petition against the rising issue of the exorbitant fee by the parents of the students.
Chief Justice, Saqib Nisar questioned that “Do schools have the right to charge whatever they want”. He further addressed that education is an important part for the generations and a fundamental right to give them.

He further added that the forensic audit report would clear everything which private institutions alleged to be expensive. Moreover, the entire public institutions have been wrecked under the sounds conspiracy of these educational sectors wisdom.
