In association with Higher Education Commission (HEC) Islamabad, the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore arranged All Pakistan Inter-university Body-building Championship 2018 at its campus.

In the competition, University of Central Punjab (UCP) gained first position with 116 point while the host university secured 2^nd position by getting 73 points. Three students of the host university got gold medals in the competition.

It was a national level championship and students from all across the country participated in the competition. The universities include Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, University of Engineering & Technology Lahore, Agriculture University Faisalabad, ICBS Lahore, Government Collage University Lahore, Superior University Lahore, University of Sindh Jamshoro, University of Education Lahore, University of Central Punjab, University Management and Technology Lahore, Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, University of Lahore, BUITEMS, Sindh Agriculture University Tando Jam, University of Engineering & Technology Texila, Punjab University Lahore, Garrison University Lahore and University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore etc.

Prof.Dr Masood Rabbani; UVAS Pro-Vice Chancellor, presided the closing ceremony and distributed the prizes among the winners.
