PESHAWAR: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Peshawar, has announced Matric 2018 exam where the private schools have scored well as compared to public schools. Top 20 positions in the annual examination were taken by private schools’ students.
In the science group, Sarah Yousaf, roll number 121921 has secured the top position in BISE Peshawar exam. The second position is shared between Bakhtawar and Tuba Gul obtaining 1060. The third position in BISE Peshawar Matric annual exam is also shared between two candidates named Aneeba Muskan and Sunnia Shah who have obtained 1058 marks. No male student could manage a place among five students from top three positions.
Linta Khan has obtained 958 and secured 1st position in humanities group of BISE Peshawar Matric result. The second position has been bagged by Shams Ul Qamar who has got 939 marks in the exam. The third position in humanities group has been shared by two students Taniya Jamal and Sajid Ullah who have attained 932 marks in BISE Peshawar Matric result, 2018.
The results were announced at a ceremony attended by position-holders, their parents and the board officials. Caretaker Chief Minister retired Justice Dost Mohammad Khan was the guest of honor in the ceremony who congratulated the position holders.
