Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dera Ismail Khan, has announced Matric result, 2018. This year, female students have clinched top three positions in the board results.
The results were declared in a ceremony held at the Mufti Mehmood Public School and College. The ceremony was attended by Commissioner Javed Marwat and Deputy Commissioner Nauman Afzal Afridi, BISE, Dera Ismail Khan Chairman Hameedullah Shah, Controller Examination Ihsanullah and Assistant Controller Tahirullah Jan.
A sum of 15137 out of 19,821 students passed the examination this year making the passing percentage 76.37.
The students of Qurtaba Public School and College, Dera Ismail Khan, bagged top three positions in BISE DI Khan Matric annual exam. Zenab Bibi secured the first position by obtaining 1049 marks while Dareez Abbas clinched the second position by scoring 1041 marks in the results. The third position has been clinched by Barera Bakhtawar, obtaining 1038 marks.
Sadia Bibi of the Al-Madina Science High School, Rehmanikhel secured the first position with 912 marks in Humanities group. Aqsa Bibi and Sohma Abid of the Al-Hilal Rozatul Atfal secured second and third position respectively by obtaining 909 and 907 marks.
