Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Abbottabad has raided to close private schools; the raid was made by Dr. Shaista Irshad to close some of the private schools in tehsil Havelian.

The schools were violating the summer vacations schedule and were still opened in spite of the scorching heat of summer in Tehsil Hvelian. Dr. Shaista Irshad ordered to close those schools instantly and stated that the violaters will be charged with heavy fine of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 100,000 and a strict legal action will be taken against them by the authorities.

According to the summer vacations schedule primary schools will be opened on 30^th August, 2017 while middle and secondary schools will be opened on 15^th August, 2017. The schools which were violating the summer vacation schedule were spotted by media and information about some was provided by the parents.

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Abbottabad has taken an immediate action against the schools and ensured that the school will remained close till the dates provided by summer vacation schedule.
