Around 150 organizations attended the career fair held at Air University, Islamabad, on Wednesday. The fair was an opportunity for the students to hunt down their desired jobs.

The representatives of different organizations met the students and graduates of Air University. The main purpose of this fair was to bring the graduates and employers in contact in an informal environment.

The fair allowed the students to learn about the industry and the trends of the jobs, Air University Vice-Chancellor Faaiz Amir said. This fair has offered an opportunity to interact with variety industry professionals under one roof, he further expressed his views.

Many famous organizations like PTCL, NayaTel, ZTE, Huawei, Zong, Kohinoor Textile Mills, Shifa Foundation, WWF, NESCOM and UBL etc participated in the event. Chinese organisations including China Pakistan Educational Cultural Institute (CPECI) and DWG Group took part in the fair organized by Air University.

Many students belonging to the final year of graduation and graduates attended the fair. The fair was a center of attraction for the students from different disciplines like electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer sciences and social sciences etc.
