Karachi:  In all the top colleges of Karachi the admissions to the students from all around Sindh are given according to the policy to CAP (Central Admission Policy). There is no allocation of quota for the admissions. The Government Degree College Stadium road has been violating the policy by giving admissions to the students who do not fall on the merit. The situation has come under the notice of Secretary Education Policy department Pervez Ahmad Seehar.

The Secretary Education Policy Department Pervez Ahmad Seehar has summoned the principal of Government Degree College Stadium road Dr. Tariq with the 10 years record of admissions. He said that all the admissions are to be given under CAP on merit. There is no quota for admissions for students even CM has no quota for admissions furthermore the students who have secured A1 grade are studying along the students with A,B and C grade.  He added that the principal of the Government Degree College stadium road is summoned with 10 years records of admissions, if necessary the record will be claimed from Board.  The Policy of CAP is approved every year
