Islamabad: On Wednesday 28th November, 2018, 20th Convocation of Bahria University, Islamabad Campus was held at the Jinnah Convention Center. The degrees were conferred in the students of undergraduate, masters, M.Phil, PhD programs.
Ali Muhammad Khan, the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs attended the ceremony as the chief guest. He also awarded 16 students with Gold medals and 13 with the silver medal. The degrees were conferred by the rector of Bahria University, Vice Admiral (r) Muhammad Shafiq In total 686 students were given the degrees of their respective programs.
The Rector of University in his address shown gratitude to Ali Muhammad Khan, the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs for attending the ceremony, he further congratulated the students and their parents for completion of their degree. Moreover he appreciated the HEC and Punjab government for sanctioning numerous scholarships to the students of Bahria University.
