Islamabad: The 11^th convocation of International Islamic University is held. The event is celebrated to distribute the degrees amongst the students. 13,111 students are awarded degrees on its 11^th Convocation.

International Islamic University had taken start 39 years ago. It is a highly recognized university. On its 11^th convocation, 13,111 male and female students have received their degrees. 319 students were honored on receiving gold medals. Moreover, the university gave Ph.D. degrees to 206 students this year.

The Gold Medalist Students received degrees from The Rector of University Dr. Masoom Yasinzai and Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al Draiweesh.  The Vice President of University also conferred Degrees to other students. The total number of degree holders from IIU in 39 years is 51113.
