BISE Balochistan board is the solely certified institution to compose and conduct exams of SSC secondary school certificate grade also recognized as matric and exams of HSSC higher secondary school certificate grade also recognized as intermediate grade. All government and private schools and colleges respect BISE Balochistan for matric and inter exams respectively. And like other boards it also has the license to amend syllabus and codes evaluating paper pattern and examination. BISE Quetta board is the sole board developed in Balochistan province due to its small population.

Intermediate level is the one of the greatly important degree in the life of a student. It is the crucial point towards succeeding into the qualified world. The courseworks and fields selected in intermediate level proceeds with the student in higher stages of education. Intermediate level implies HSSC (Higher Secondary School Education ). Mostly in Pakistan, Intermediate level is administered into 2 parts. Part 1 is 11th class and part 2 is 12th class. Each class is constructed of one year. After completing each year, annual board examinations are being implemented by the BISE Quetta board from the students to assess their understanding and training for their particular areas.
The intermediate level is comprised of 2 segment. One is Science Group and other is Arts Group. The subjects for science students are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Science. FA degree is the 2 year of education level. It provides numerous choices of subjects and groups. While the subjects for Arts Group are General Science, Maths, Home economic, Sociology and so on. They are the elective subjects for both the groups. English Urdu Islamiyat are the required subjects for both science and arts groups. After the decision of objects and examining them invariably, there occurs a level for the students and that is examinations. Examination is a decider for the students. It is the quiz of their understanding, and their hardwork invariably. It is the whole data about the student's last one year as portrayed by their grades. FA class tests for Arts batch are carried out into 2 categories. One is theoretical papers and other is practicals. And students need to pass both to fulfill the laws of FA level. Beside that supply exams too are being organized for those who couldn't clear all their subjects in the first session and wish to pass or improve their grades. The supply papers are executed later in the identical year.
