BISE Peshawar board conducts Intermediate exams in the month of April and may and announces the date sheet in March. Intermediate date sheet 2020 for BISE Peshawar board is not announced yet.

BISE Kpk board is expanding it's system and developing sub boards in different cities to assure the same standards and coordination throughout the province. The established sub boards under BISE kpk board include BISE Peshawar board , BISE Swat Board, BISE Malakand board, and etc. These all boards corporate and coordinate with each other and conduct exam at same time with same syllabus throughout the province. BISE Peshawar board as evident from the name, is situated in Peshawar as the sole governing body fo government and private educational institutions and sectors til Intermediate level. BISE Peshawar board plans the timetable for Intermediate exams of both parts part 1 and part 2, than execute Intermediate part 1 and part 2 exams, evaluate and analyze the papers, mark or grade according to the knowledge and answers , than enter all the marks and grades in the system to generate proper result for each individual candidate and than at last publishes results for both parts of intermediate. It manages and lead all the issues associated with exams including date sheets, timely enrollment of students, developing roll number slips, selecting the examination centers, recruiting the staff including superintendents and supervisors for both shifts, designing and formulating two unique question papers for each individual subject to be provided at different exam shifts, announcing results and than making arrangements for paper review for this students who are not satisfied with their result, planning supply exams, developing date sheet for supply exams, executing supply exams, and than generating and declaring supply exams result.

Intermediate degree phase is the second most crucial phase of life for the students and their families as well. It's a two year coursework comprised of two years, both the year's are divided on the basis of annual exam session and separate coursework for each year. At this level, students are provided with many subject choices to choose from. These subject choices range from science group including Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, ICS, and I.Com to the Arts group with the major subject of Fine Arts. Many subjects have theoretical portion while many other subjects have theoretical as well as practical portion. And students need to pass both the portions to fulfill the core requirement of the degree. The mandatory subjects for all the groups are English in both years or parts, part 1 and part 2, Urdu in both parts part 1 and part 2 of intermediate, Islamic studies in part 1 of intermediate and Pakistan studies in part 2.The subject groups offered in intermediate level are divided on the basis of main subjects in groups which are as follow

Intermediate in Science (F.Sc.) Pre-Medical. Pre-Engineering.
Intermediate in General Science. ICS(Physics) ICS (Statistics) ICS (Economics).
Intermediate in Commerce. I.Com.
Intermediate in Arts F.A (Humanities).
