BISE AJK conducts exams of intermediate level in May. And announce date sheet a month before. AJK board didn't announce any date sheet for Intermediate Final exams 2020. It will be available on our website as soon as it is announced.

BISE AJK board is the abbreviation of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Azad Jammu and Kashmir. As it is indicated by the name, it functions as a governing body for Matriculation and Intermediate exams of AJK. It was founded in 1973 through an ordinance promulgated by the Government of Azad Kashmir. It is placed in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir. Before the constitution of the AJK BISE, educational institutes in Azad Kashmir were contained in the jurisdiction of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore. This board was established in 1973 and have been operating since then. The Board is responsible for management, establishment and law of education of many educational institutions in administration as well as private sector. Since then it is conducting its duties considering the council and beginning of exams for SSC and HSSC levels. All the schools and colleges are associated with BISE AJK Board and they are bind to respect the strategies provided by the board in the viewpoint of Matric and Intermediate courses and exams.

The important motive of the board is to take all the students throughout the city unanimously on the similar page. That's why the board appoints and establishes the course summaries for Matriculation and Intermediate classes. The duties achieved by the board are:

The conduction and opening of annual and supplementary exams for matric and Inter.

It comprises proposing the course overview and curriculum for the above cited classes, assuming the paper patterns (it may be subjective or objective type papers), date sheets , timings for papers, headquarters for the students inside the city, nomination of the invigilation faculty, constitutions analyzing paper examining personnel's appointment. This includes the group of supplementary exams too. AJK board prepares the implementation of the set constitutions by all of its affiliated institutions throughout the AJK city.

Intermediate class is a new phase in the life of a student. It is the new proceeding after the achievement of high school. If a student chooses his subjects wisely at this stage and then strives really difficult and reasonable to achieve the goals, their future becomes sharp. Intermediate is such an important degree for a student for his future. For the intermediate students, AJK board has given a long list of subjects to be determined according to one's interest. There are 4 groups that come under the intermediate level.

FSC (pre-medical and pre-engineering)
ICS (Economics, Stats and Physics)
ICOM
FA

FSC is categorized into two areas. Pre medical group for the students interested in medical fields and engineering group for other than medical students. The typical subjects for both groups are Physics Chemistry English Urdu Islamiyat and Pakistan Studies. The solely subject variation between both the groups are for Biology and Mathematics.

ICS is Intermediate in Computer Science. It has the prominent course as Computer science and for elective subjects, students can adopt Physics, Economics or Stats.

ICOM is called Intermediate in Commerce. This is the Commerce group and it deals with business and accountancy learning.

FA is Intermediate in Fine Arts. It encompasses the subjects of General Science, Arts subjects and Languages.

Intermediate class exams are accomplished into 2 parts, divided into 2 years. First part is tagged First year or 11th class. And part 2 is named Second year or 12th class. Annual exams are conducted individually for both the years and the marks achieved in the both years are gathered to get a sum total of the Student's Intermediate marks.

After the completion of the studies, there arises the examination duration of the year. AJK board seeks a strict behavior for conducting the Intermediate exams. They are performed at the somewhat similar time frame of the year with a little important improvements. Date sheets are proclaimed one to two months before the exams for the relief of students. Intermediate Exams of AJK Board for all the minorities are generally accomplished in May and they end up in June. For the Science students, the Practical examination is carried out too to examine the practical information of their knowledge. Practicals are inaugurated after a short break of a week to 10 days after the exams are finished. It is expected for the students to clear the practicals to earn the degrees. The practical exams last until August.

After the results, the agenda for supplementary exams is announced by the board for the unlucky students who fail to clear any topic. The date sheet for supplementary exams is also published a month before exams. And the pattern for papers stays the exact as of the annual exams.
