BA also known as Bachelors in Arts is an undergraduate degree program that is the first professional degree of 14years of education and probably a first step in the professional career too for many students. BA is a two year degree program where the students have various options in subject to choose. BA is also called Pass course. It has a variety of subjects for the ease if students, some are compulsory subjects for every student and some subjects are optional. Students can choose the subjects of their choice from the elective courses. Some of the subjects have their practical part too like home economics, psychology, environmental sciences etc. The BA exams for part 1 and part 2 are held annually each year and students need to get passing marks to get the degree. Private candidates can also appear in BA final exams by getting them enrolled.
Compulsory subjects for BA are English Language, Islamiyat/Ethics and Pakistan Studies. And elective subjects are Economics, French, Arabic, Psychology, Applied Psychology, Geography, Fine Arts, Education, Bengali, English Literature, Geography, Geology, German, History, Home Economics, Kashmiriyat, Music, Persian, Philosophy, Political science, sociology, Urdu, Woman studies etc. Some other optional subjects are Punjabi, Russian, Sindhi, Library and Information Science, Spanish and Social work etc.
BA courses are conducted in different colleges and Universities. But the annual exams are held under the university authorized by the Govt. The university schedules the exams and notifies all the affiliated colleges. All the students of those colleges are given the BA degree of their parent University.
All the colleges and universities BA Date Sheet 2020 would be soon provided here on this website after the announcement from the respective institutions. Every Institute announces the date sheet of BA finals one month before exams so that all the students get notified about them. BA exams have 2 types of papers, Theoretical and Practical. Firstly all the theoretical papers are conducted. After theoretical papers, practical exams start and each practical exam has a minimum 2-3 days holiday for students to get a grip on practical too. Most of the universities held BA exams in the month of March- April and provide a date sheet accordingly. But some universities schedule their BA exams according to their calendar like Karachi University conduct BA exams in the starting months Jan-Feb or may be March and it's always uncertain and unpredictable. Likewise Azad Jammu and Kashmir University, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, University of Science and Technology Bannu and Hazara University Mansehra conduct their BA exams in the month of June- July according to their annual calendar. Supplementary exams for the students who couldn't clear the annual exams or who missed the annual BA papers, are conducted after the result announcement.

Punjab University Lahore offers Bachelor's in Arts BA degree program which is basically a two year degree program with an annual exam system. University of the Punjab usually conducts BA exams in the month of March-April for both years, part 1 and part 2 and it announces the date sheet a month before exams, generally in march. It also conducted practical papers for the required subjects and held supply papers for the students who couldn't pass the exam in the first attempt. Punjab University PU Lahore BA Date Sheet 2020 is in process and would be soon announced and published here. Beside the annual exams it conducts supplementary exams in the same year one month after the declaration of BA result approximately.
Karachi University mostly announces BA Date Sheet in January, one month prior to exams and papers are conducted by Jan end or Feb start. Karachi University BA Date Sheet 2020 for part 1 and part 2 was published on 6th January 2020, and exams were held from 13th January 2020. Karachi University BA exams are usually held in the first quarter of the year. And then comes the result declaration phase. After that supply exams are being conducted for the students to improve their grades and clear all the subjects.
AJK University held its BA annual exams in June. And the date sheet is published one month before. AJK University BA Date Sheet 2020 isn't announced yet. But exams are expected to be in June and the date sheet would be given in May. It also offers students to appear in supply exams. The date sheet for supplementary exams are also announced one month before the exams.
Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan BA exams start in the month of April and the date sheet is announced in March. Bahauddin Zakariya University BZU Multan BA Date Sheet 2020 would be announced soon and it will be available here on our website as soon as possible. BZU Multan offers BA 2 years program with a variety of subjects to be selected by students. BA part 1 and part 2 papers date sheets are usually announced together.
Sargodha University offers BA in different subjects with and without practicals depending on the subjects. It is a two year degree program after the intermediate level. Sargodha University BA papers for part 1 and part 2 start in the month of April and the date sheet is published exactly a month before. Sargodha University BA Date Sheet 2020 would be published soon. Islamia University Bahawalpur offers a BA degree for students. It's a two year program with various subjects like psychology, home economics, geology, environmental sciences etc. Many of the subjects have practical parts too. So beside theoretical papers, practical exams too are required for those subjects. BA Date Sheet is announced in March and exams are conducted in the month of April. Islamia University Bahawalpur IUB BA Date Sheet 2020 would be published here soon as it is not announced by the university yet. For those who couldn't clear their paper, supplementary exams are conducted after the result to improve the grade.
Annual exams of BA start in the month of April and the date sheet is announced in the month of March in Peshawar University. Peshawar University provides students the chance to choose their BA degree subjects according to their interest. BA is mainly a two year degree program in every University with a wide range of subjects. And Peshawar University does hold supply papers later in the year for the students who want to improve their grade.
Allama Iqbal Open University offers BA degree for the students with a wide range of subjects from all the main areas including humanities, general science, geology, psychology etc. BA is a two year degree program in Allama Iqbal Open University divided in two semesters with two annual papers. Allama Iqbal Open University conducts BA exams annually. It schedules the papers and announces the date sheet one month before. Allama Iqbal Open University AIOU BA Date Sheet 2020 would be uploaded as soon as it would be announced.
Virtual University is Pakistan's first University that is based on updated knowledge and communication techniques in study format including online classes and assessment etc. Virtual University offers many degrees and certifications including a BA degree program which is a two year degree program and based on a semester system. Virtual University offers different subject options and combinations for BA degrees. Some subjects are compulsory while some are optional. Virtual University provides students the facility to choose the subjects from main areas of study. It held it's BA exams and announced the date sheet one month prior. And after the declaration of results it offers the supply exams for the students to improve their grades and clear all the subjects that is the core necessity of the degree. Hazara University Mansehra BA degree is a two year degree program with various options in subjects. Some of the subjects have the theoretical parts inky but some subjects have the practical part too which is compulsory for students to clear the exams. The exams start by the end of June and they last till August. University conducts supply exams later in the year after the declaration of result. University of Balochistan has various options in degree programs for undergraduate students and it also has various subjects for BA. BA is mainly a two year degree program with compulsory and optional subjects. BA exams are conducted annually and University announces the date sheet one month before approximately. Abdul Wali Khan University offers a wide range of degree programs for undergraduate students. Abdul Wali Khan University offers a BA degree with a variety of subjects and it's a two year program based on a semester system. University of Science & Technology offers BA degrees with compulsory and optional subjects and students can choose the subjects according to their interest. BA degree subjects either have only theoretical part or both theoretical and practical part and hence exams for both theoretical and practical parts are being conducted. The University of Science and Technology BA exams both theoretical and practical are usually taken in the mid of June and the date sheet is provided approximately a month prior, in May. University of Science and Technology Bannu BA Date Sheet 2020 is not yet uploaded but soon it would be published here as soon as possible after the announcement by the university.
