1. The Age Limit

2. Education and Qualification

The students who want to appear in the CSS examination must have completed graduation that is 14 years of education. The degree must be recognized by the government of Pakistan. The eligibility criteria for application in CSS require you to have at least passed your graduation in 2^nd division.

The students who have passed in 3^rd division can become eligible in case the student has a degree of masters after graduation.

3. Nationality

The Aspirants of government jobs after CSS examination must have Pakistani Nationality; only Pakistani nationals can appear for the exam. Moreover the students from the state of Jammu and Kashmir are also eligible for the CSS examination.

Here it is important to notice that a person who is married to a foreign state citizen cannot apply for the examination unless a prior permission in taken from the government of Pakistan.
