Determination And Commitment is the Key to Success
Mr Javed Nawaz is the Managing Director of Agro Development & Commercial Project LLC in Oman and Chairman PILDAT, Pakistan Institute for Legislative Development and Transparency. Mr Javed Nawaz is the former Honorary Investment Councellor of Government of Pakistan in Oman and former President of Pakistan Society Social Club, the individual representative body of 300,000 Pakistanis living in Oman.
Early Life
Mr Javed Nawaz was born in a small village of Bahawalpur; no proper facility for getting an education was available. His father was the Member of Parliament and mother was a housewife. All students, hailing from the village, have to cross a lake by swimming to access the school. Javed Nawaz also did the same for two years but her mother was not satisfied with the education system of the village school, however, his parents were shifted to a nearby city Daska for better education of their children. Javed Nawaz’s mother belonged to Daska. Teaching faculty of Daska School was competent and sincere with their profession and students. They taught him well and inculcated the thirst of knowledge and working hard in him. Javed Nawaz did his matriculation from Daska Public School.
Luckily, in his student life, a US mobile library used to visit, on every Monday, to Daska Schools and distribute books among children. Javed Nawaz was also fond of reading books from his student life. Once he got a chance of reading Frederic Roosevelt an American president and was inspired by the knowing the secret of success of America.
After passing out matriculation examination, Javed Nawaz got admission in Government College of Lahore. He became an active student of the college by participating in different activities specifically in the debating section. He secured a graduate degree from the Government College of Lahore.
Then he got admission in Punjab University where he learned a lot. He joined Jamiat Tulba-e-Islami. In a reply to Maulana Modoodi, Javed Nawaz got admission in LLB at Law College. His life is full of struggle and hard work. He never stopped working hard.
Professional Life
He served on the Board of Directors of Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry from the tenure of 1980 to 1983. In 19 81 he was chosen as Foreign Investment Committee. He has the credit of launching three community schools in Oman while he had been the Chairman, Board of Governors, Pakistan Colleges, Muscat Oman since1990 to 1993.
He has more than 50 years of rich experience in consultancy, management and business administration.
During his interview with Khalid Irshad Soofi at the platform of Karwan-e-Ilm Foundation, he has revealed the secret of his success. He told that determination and commitment is the key to success. He believed in nation-building formula. Giving a message to the nation he said that five things are vital for making progress in life:

Hope to be Equal
Vision (Aim of Life)
He is against racial differences in Pakistan particularly in the education sector. He strongly condemns the rising prices of things and lack of trust between a consumer and a producer.
